NGC 6469 

NGC 6469 is a fairly loose open cluster lying approximately 2.5 degrees to the east of the Trifid-Lagoon Nebula complex in Sagittarius. With a visual magnitude of 8.2, it can be seen through binoculars as a dimly glowing patch of light against the background stars of the Milky Way. Around 50 stars can be counted as making up the cluster.
