Stock 23 is an open cluster located in the constellation Camelopardalis, not far from the Double Cluster in Perseus. It was first reported by Jurgen Stock in 1957. In 1977, amateur astronomer John Pazmino observed this cluster and wrote about it in Sky and Telescope. Since then, it has commonly been called "Pazmino's Cluster".
Stock 23 contains 25 stars in a loose pattern spanning about 18 arc-min of sky. It has an overall visual magnitude of around 6. It is located around 1375 LY from us. Main features of this cluster include a V-shaped group of stars pointing roughly toward the center of the cluster, and the bright yellow-white star HIP 15217 located along its upper right border.
