Trumpler 2     

Trumpler 2 is a small open cluster in the constellation Perseus lying not far from the famous Double Cluster (NGC 869 and NGC 884). Trumpler 2 has a visual magnitude of 5.9 and a diameter of around 17 arc-min. It contains around 109 member stars, although visually it is dominated by a dozen-or-so brighter members. It lies at a distance of around 1825 LY. The brilliant orange star in its center is HD 16068, a magnitude 7.65 Class K giant.
